BELLINGHAM, Wash. – An investigation by the Whatcom Gang and Drug Task Force has taken a dealer and hundreds of fentanyl pills off the street.

Detectives began investigated 35-year-old Daniel Little, who goes by the nickname “Savvy,” earlier this month.

They saw him conduct a suspected transaction on May 17th and stopped the person he met with.

That person possessed 100 fentanyl-laced pills he said he bought from “Savvy.”

Officers exercised a search warrant on Little’s room at the Motel 6 in Bellingham on Wednesday, May 24th, and found 500 fentanyl pills, fentanyl powder, paraphernalia, cash and a loaded handgun.

He is in custody in the Whatcom County Jail.
