Kathi O'Shea

Kathi always knew radio would be her calling. As a child, she spent countless hours at her local station, charming the disc jockeys into teaching her the basics. She later pursued Broadcast Journalism at CSU Fresno, launching her professional career in 1975. Over the decades, Kathi has built a versatile career in radio, working as a disc jockey, news editor, reporter and anchor. She also served as a feature reporter for the now-defunct NBC News and Information Service, and most recently worked as an editor and anchor at KOMO/KNWN in Seattle. Beyond the newsroom, Kathi enjoys playing video games, cultivating gourmet mushrooms, and brewing craft beer.
