The new block party, hosted by Allied Arts, is a celebration of community, sustainable transportation, local arts and culture happening on Aug. 18.

The Northwest Washington Fair is offering free admission to anyone who pitches in for Food Drive Friday, all you have to do is donate at least four items.

Entries are being accepted free of charge now through Oct. 1.

The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, Aug. 18, at 7 a.m. Community members are simply encouraged to come out to the speedway, watch riders do some laps, grab a bite and support the foundation— all in remembrance of Owen.

The “Stuff the Bus” drive takes place Aug. 7 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Lakeway Fred Meyer in Bellingham.
