The Washington State Department of Licensing says its licensing offices and call center will be closed from Feb. 14 to Feb. 17.

The City of Ferndale says that the sculpture titled “Sense of Connection” will be installed in Griffintown Park on Wednesday, Feb. 12.

The ordinance prevents people from removing or damaging any healthy tree with a trunk diameter of 36″ or more.

The cleanup is expected to begin later this year and will take roughly three years for the entire site.
