Proponents of fluoride argue it prevents tooth decay and can save on dental bills, while critics call it involuntary medication that could be dangerous.

Discussions will start off with a meeting between bond consultants, the county council and the Finance Advisory Board in mid-February.

The closure is due to the city holding its first all-staff meeting in years.
