BLAINE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – If you’re looking to head up and spend some quality time in Blaine this weekend, you’re in luck.

Blaine’s Spring Block Party is on Saturday, May 17 and features fun for the whole family.

A street fair runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with over 60 vendors selling handmade crafts, toys, candy, clothing and a whole lot more.

There will be a kid’s zone from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring face painting, a scavenger hunt, story time and free games and prizes.

For the adults, the beer garden opens at 1 p.m. with live music from local bands.

You can also taste the fair from food trucks and vendors or pop into one of the great restaurants along Peace Portal Drive.
