Seahawks News

Jason Myers played the hero in yesterday’s win for the Seahawks.

Seattle edged the Indianapolis Colts 18-16 behind a franchise-record six field goals by Myers.

Sam Darnold connected with Rashid Shaheed for a pair of late catches to set up Myers for the game-winning 56 yarder. Darnold threw for 271 yards, including over 100 to Jaxon Smith-Njigba, but the Hawks weren’t able to find the end zone as they picked up their fourth-straight win.

Indianapolis quarterback Philip Rivers threw for 120 yards and a touchdown in his first game since January 2021 after coming out of retirement for the injury-riddled Colts.

The Hawks are now gearing up for a Thursday night matchup with the LA Rams where the No. 1 seed in the NFC will be on the line at Lumen Field.
