CONRETE, Wash. – A Concrete man was killed after crashing his car into a tree in rural Skagit County.

The Washington State Patrol says that 65-year-old Michael Roberts was driving on Highway 20 Sunday morning, March 12th, when he experienced a medical episode.

Roberts’ car left the road and crashed into a tree just south of Marblemount.

Roberts was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
