Drayton Harbor Oyster Company will stay open but won’t serve any shellfish from the harbor until it’s safe to do so.  

The bill had lost a lot of its original language on the House floor, including stipulations that it pay fees to the state for high energy consumption.

Though the bill would establish the ferries, it would be left up to the governing bodies along the Puget Sound and Grays Harbor to create the fleet and letting voters agree to the added costs.

The teams respond in homes, schools, shelters and other community settings, offering immediate and in‑person support for youth under 20.
