BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A former caretaker for a supported-living agency in Bellingham was arrested on Tuesday, September 19th, for sexually assaulting a disabled woman under his care.

The suspect worked for Holly Community Services and cared for four disabled adults at a residence on East Maryland Street, according to court documents.

One of the residents reported seeing the man rape her roommate on July 4th.

Further investigation found probable cause to arrest 46-year-old Nathaniel Miller of Ferndale.

Miller is currently being held at Whatcom County Jail on $200,000 bail.
