BELLINGHAM, WA. – Lighthouse Mission Ministries is seeking volunteers and donations for this year’s Thanksgiving dinner.

Celebrating its 100th year, the dinner will be a traditional Thanksgiving one complete with turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, casserole and pies among other items.

The dinner provides a hot meal to hundreds of hungry or homeless people in the community every year.

Dozens of volunteers are needed to make the event happen at the Church of the Assumption’s gymnasium on Cornwall Ave.

The event will take place on November 23rd at noon and everyone that is hungry is welcome to come.

Monetary donations for the meal can be made on the donation page of the Lighthouse Mission Ministries website.
