BELLINGHAM, WA. – (KGMI.com) More businesses will be opening up shop on Bellingham’s waterfront next year.

The Port of Bellingham says that Zeeks Pizza and Bin 13 Wine Bar will open locations in their Portal Container Village starting in May.

Bin 13’s container space will also feature the village’s first upper-level deck.

More retail space in other containers will be dedicated for local artists to display their work.

The Portal Putt mini-golf course will also expand next year to a full 18 holes.

And Port officials say that they will be adding a larger restroom to the village.

Additional expansions are planned for 2025, and the Port is accepting ideas and requests for future businesses.

Reservations for both the local artist container space and the Peter Paulson Stage are now open for 2024.
