PULLMAN, WA. – A hearing has been set for November 14th in Washington State and Oregon State’s legal fight with the Pac-12 and its departing members.
Both schools are looking to gain control of the conference and its assets.
The hearing will be held in front of the same judge who granted them a temporary restraining order earlier this month that prevented departing Pac-12 schools from meeting.
Leaders from WSU and OSU have said they want to rebuild the conference after the University of Washington and Oregon led a mass exodus in August.
They fear the ten outgoing schools could try to dissolve the Pac-12 and divvy up its assets.
