FERNDALE, Wash. – Ferndale Police are asking the public for help tracking down a suspect in a recent robbery.

Spokesperson Riley Sweeney said that the robbery occurred at the Banner Bank inside of the Ferndale Haggen at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24th.

The suspect demanded money and left the store on foot.

Police say the suspect likely was not armed, and it is not clear how much cash was taken.

He is being described as a 5’9″ white male with a medium build wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled up, a black face covering, blue latex type gloves, faded baggie blue jeans and white shoes.
