ROCKPORT, Wash. – Three people, including two teens, were injured in a rollover crash in Skagit County.

The Washington State Patrol says the teens were driving on Highway 20 near Rockport around 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 29th.

Another car, driven by a 74-year-old Concrete woman, attempted to cross the road to get into a private driveway and was hit by the teens’ vehicle.

Her car rolled over into a ditch, and the teens’ car came to a rest on the shoulder.

The woman and the 14-year-old passenger of the other car were taken to the hospital, while the 17-year-old driver was treated for their injuries at the scene.

WSP says the woman was likely impaired by drug or alcohol use at the time of the crash, and charges against her are pending.
