Kraken News
The Kraken couldn’t pull off another home win last night.
They fell to the Vegas Golden Knights 6-2 at Climate Pledge. Vegas scored the first five goals of the game and a pair of late goals from Shane Wright and Jared McCann wasn’t enough for Seattle to beat the reigning Western Conference champs.
The Kraken now sit at 2-2 on the season.
Next up, they’re in Detroit against the Red Wings on Friday to kick off a five-game road trip out East.

NFL News
A pair of Super Bowl hopefuls made a big trade earlier today.
The Baltimore Ravens acquired 2x Pro Bowl center Cam Jurgens from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a 2027 fifth-round pick and a 2028 second.
Baltimore has been trying to fill the hole in their offensive line since Pro Bowl center Tyler Linderbaum signed with the Raiders in free agency.
The 27-year-old Jurgens is under contract through the 2029 season.
It’s the second major change on the Eagles’ o-line this week, after All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson announced his retirement yesterday.
Meanwhile, the NFL has clarified its rules amid penalties over recent celebrations.
The league announced today that celebrations that imitate drinking a beverage will no longer be violations or result in discipline.
Multiple players, including 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, were fined in Week 2 after performing celebrations where they pretended to drink a beverage of some kind.
Two of those fines were rescinded ahead of today’s announcement.
The only banned celebrations now include depictions of violence, smoking or drug use, and sexual gestures.
